On this episode, Michelle and The Captain talk about the danger of being too fixated on feelings, as well as the moodiness that arrises from “putting a lid on it.”. For HSPs and empaths, dealing with emotions is a bit of an art form. Traditional self-help strategies aren’t always enough. Sensitive souls often need to go deeper and acknowledge what psychologist Carl Jung calls the shadow self in order to truly establish and maintain emotional balance.
